Bar Cheese

Yield: 2 cups

2 lb. block of Velvetta cheese - cubed & melted
2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. evaporated milk
8 1/2 oz. horseradish
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. Worchestershire sauce

Combine all the above ingredients into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix well with electric mixer. Cool and keep stored in refrigerator. Serve with crackers, chips, pretzels or veggies.
