Broccoli Casserole
Makes about 10, one cup servings Large bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower. May use fresh if desired Cook and drain frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Add cooked rice. Saute margarine and chopped celery, green pepper and onion. Add broccoli & cauliflower mixture. Add can of mushroom soup, not diluted, 1 soup can of milk and 1 large jar Cheese Whiz. Stir the mixture and put in a covered baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
