Broccoli Casserole

Makes about 10, one cup servings

Large bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower. May use fresh if desired
2 c. cooked rice
1 stick margarine
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. green pepper
3/4 c. onion
1 can of mushroom soup, not diluted
1 soup can of milk
1 large jar Cheese Whiz

Cook and drain frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Add cooked rice. Saute margarine and chopped celery, green pepper and onion. Add broccoli & cauliflower mixture. Add can of mushroom soup, not diluted, 1 soup can of milk and 1 large jar Cheese Whiz. Stir the mixture and put in a covered baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
