3 lg. potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 c. milk
1 T. butter or margarine
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 T. minced fresh parsley
In a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish, arrange potatoes in a single layer. Pour milk over potatoes. Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
