Creamy Apple Salad Dressing

Yields: Approximately 4 cups

Process in a food processor, using blender attachment until smooth:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened OR 8 oz. Plain Yogurt
3 tsp. finely minced onion
6 T. finely chopped parsley
1 finely chopped Granny Smith or York Apple
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper, to taste
1 T. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
With the food processor on low, add in a slow steady stream:
4 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. apple juice
2/3 c. vegetable oil
After fully processing, refrigerate.
