Eastern Shore Crab Balls

1 lb. special crab meat
2 eggs
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayo (real) Kraft preferred
1/2 sleeve saltine crackers
1 T. Old Bay Seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
flour

Mix eggs, mayo, mustard, worchestershire and lemon juice until creamy. Fold in crab meat, parsley flakes and crackers until you have a firm mixture. Add Old Bay, salt & pepper. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Place in refrigerator to chill until good and cold. Remove balls from cookie sheet, roll in flour and drop in deep fryer for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Can be served with melted butter to dip in and extra Old Bay Seasoning if desired.
