2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 T. vanilla
1 can coconut
Cream eggs and sugar. Melt margarine, mix with sugar and eggs; add milk and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Pour in a deep pie shell and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
