Frosty Pineapple Punch

Yield: 3 quarts

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
1 (12 oz.) can frozen pineapple orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1/2 gal. pineapple or lemon sherbet, softened

Combine first 3 ingredients in a punch bowl. Just before serving, spoon sherbet into punch bowl by heaping tablespoonfuls; stir gently. Serve immediately.
