Frozen Fruit Salad

Serves 14-16

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (1 lb.) can peaches, drained and cut up
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 bananas, diced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Mix together 1 1/2 cups of the drained pineapple and peach juices. Blend with cream cheese in blender. Pour over fruit and nuts. Add whipped cream. Stir in together. Pour into freezer container. Freeze. To serve, unmold and slice. Note: You can freeze in individual molds and serve on lettuce leaves or it can be frozen in a square dish and cut into squares.
