Fry-Pan Fruit Balls
1/2 c. butter
Turn electric skillet control to 220 degrees, melt butter, add dates. Cream eggs and sugar, add to dates and butter in fry pan. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool, add fruit, nuts, rice krispies and flavoring. Form into balls, roll in coconut and store in a tin can in refrigerator. Will keep a month.
