Grama's Welsh Burgers

1 1/4 lb. extra lean burger
1 med. sweet onion, diced fine
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
2-3 T. yellow mustard
kosher salt & pepper to taste

Mix all together until mushy texture. Using broiler in oven, slightly toast bun halves on tray, 4-6 inches away from heat; careful not to burn buns. Can use toaster at 300 degrees to do buns also. Spread thin layer about 1/2 - 3/4 " thick on each bun half. Place all on tray and bake until meat looks browned and cooked. A great eat for in a hurry dinner and fun for kids to help make.
