Grandma's Corn Pudding

4 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
5 slices day old bread (crust removed)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. butter

In a bowl, beat eggs and milk; add corn and sugar, mix well. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes and place in a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
