2 (20 oz.) cans creamed corn
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 T. cornstarch
1 stick butter or margarine
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. 2% milk to mix with cornstarch
Spray baking dish, using a dish suitable for this amount. Combine all ingredients. Place this dish in a large pan or dish half full of water. Bake at 325 degrees until firm.
