Manarin Orange Cake

1 box yellow cake mix (not with pudding added)
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 (9 oz.) can mandarin oranges including juice
Mix and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Frosting:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
9 oz. tub Cool Whip
Mix dry pudding with pineapple and then add the Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated until time to serve.
