Ollie's Squash Casserole

Serves 4-6

2 lbs. yellow or zucchini squash, sliced
1 lg. onion, diced
4-6 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Mayo
2 eggs, slightly beaten
pepper to taste

Boil squash and onion till tender. Drain. Mix cheese, mayo, eggs & pepper. Mix together with squash and onions. Pour into a greased 9x12 baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
