Rice Salad

Serves 6-8

1 c. cooked and cooled white rice
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
1 bunch shallots
Green Goddess salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Cut up shrimp and mix with rice. Chop shallots fine and mix with rice and shrimp. Add salad dressing, salt and pepper to taste. Chill 6 hours before serving.
