Scallop Potatoes

10-15 potatoes peel, slice and wash (as many as you prefer)
3 T. butter
4 c. milk (may take more if you use more potatoes)
pepper & salt to your preference
3 c. boiling water
4 c. Velvetta cheese
1/3 c. onion
chopped bacon
Velvetta slices for topping
bread crumbs

Mix butter, milk, pepper, salt, boiling water, Velvetta cheese, onions and bacon in a bowl. Add your potatoes and pour into big baking dish. Top off with bread crumbs and enough Velvetta slices to cover whole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
