Spanish Rice
3 1/2 c. water Boil water; add white rice, butter and salt. Let all these ingredients boil until rice is tender. Stir rice, add parsley. Pour rice into a bowl, add salsa and onion. Mix all ingredients, pour into a baking dish. Top off with shredded cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
