Stuffed Tomatoes

Serves 6

Cut slice from top of 6 unpeeled tomatoes. Scoop out centers and mix pulp with....
1/2 c. crumbled crisp bacon bits (about 6 slices)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
half of 1/2 c. grated cheese

Fill centers. Sprinkle with rest of grated cheese; dot with butter. Bake in greased muffin cups or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
