Sweet & Sour Baked Beans

3 cans (28 oz.) vegetarian baked beans
1 can (20 oz.) drained pineapple tidbits
2 med. diced Granny Smith apples
1 lg. diced red/purple onion
2 T. liquid smoke
3 tsp. yellow mustard
5 T. brown sugar

In a 3 qt (9x13 inch) baking dish, combine all ingredients and bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until the apples are tender but not mushy.
