Wing Dip

1/2 onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. celery, finely chopped
12 oz. wing sauce
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. Bleu Cheese dressing
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Saute onion and celery in 1 T. oil. Add wing sauce and chicken. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cream cheese and bleu cheese dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add both cheeses and stir. Serve with corn chips or tortillas.
