Alabama Baby Pecan Fruitcake

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. chopped dates
1/2 lb. candied red cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1 or 2 T. grape juice
4 beaten eggs (put in last with
grape juice)

Sift dry ingredients over pecans and candied fruit. Toss to cover. Add eggs and grape juice and mix well. Spoon batter into greased mini muffin tins (cooking spray works). Bake at 275ยบ until lightly brown. Do not bake too long. They need to be soft when you take them out. It's better to test and put back than to over bake, about 20 minutes. The amount will vary according to size.
