Barbequed Cajun Spareribs
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl combine first 8 ingredients; set sauce aside. Moisten spareribs with water; sprinkle tenderizer evenly on all sides. Pierce with a fork (use no salt). Place ribs in a roasting pan; baste with half the sauce. Bake uncovered 2 hours or until tender, basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
