Beef Cheese Log

Serves 6-8
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 T. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped dried beef,
washed and dried to remove salt
1 T. minced parsley
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 T. green pepper

Soften cream cheese in large bowl; add mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add peppers, parsley, onion. Chill until firm. On wax paper shape into a 1 1/2 in. roll. Roll in dried beef; garnish with parsley. Serve with your favorite crackers.
