Broccoli Casserole

4 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
3 sticks butter
1 (1 lb.) package of regular Velveeta
48 regular Ritz crackers

Prepare frozen broccoli according to directions. Melt together cheese and 1/2 of the butter. Mix drained broccoli with melted cheese mixture. Spread mixture in a baking dish. Sauté crushed Ritz crackers with remaining butter. Spread crackers on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350º in oven for 15 minutes.
