Cheese Burger Soup
1/2 c. onions First... for white sauce, melt 2 c. butter and add enough flour that it absorbs the flour. Add salt & pepper and 3-4 c. milk. Boil and stir until thick; add cheese. Set aside. Second... Brown burger, adding onions and celery. When browned, add to cheese sauce and let cook until semi-thick. Turn heat off and add the carrots.
