Chicken Casserole

Serves 4
2 lbs. chicken breast
Chicken flavor Rice A Roni
Chicken flavor stove top stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook chicken on stove until done. Meanwhile cook rice, stuffing and soup as directed on can. Let chicken cool a bit then pull apart in small pieces. Using a 2 qt. casserole dish layer rice, chicken, then stuffing. Pour soup over the top and bake in 350ยบ oven for half hour. Can easily be double for 8 people using a 9x11 dish.
