Cranberry & Sausage Stuffing
1 c. cranberry sauce (not whole berry)
In a small bowl, stir together cranberry, orange & poultry seasoning. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté celery & onion until tender. Cook sausage according to package directions, In a large mixing bowl, add stuffing, broth, sausage, cranberry mixture and entire skillet mix of butter, celery & onion. Mix well. If stuffing seems dry, you can add extra both or water to moisten. This amount will stuff a 14-16 lb. turkey. Can be turned into a buttered 13x9x2 baking casserole. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
