Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1 c. margarine or butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted cake flour

Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, eggs, beating well after each. Add flour and vanilla, mixing well. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Place in cold oven. Set temperature at 325ยบ and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until test done. Rest 15-20 minutes before removing from pan. Note: Beat batter until it is very cream. Don't over beat after addition of flour.
