Crunchy Sweet Potato Casserole

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a 1-1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375ยบ for 20 minutes.

Topping
1 c. coarsely crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Combine all topping ingredients. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until topping is lightly browned.
