Dottie's Chilled Chicken Vegetable

2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken
with herbs
1 can Campbell's celery soup
3 cans milk
Place in pan, wisk all together until blended and heat thoroughly. Cook as directed, one bag of Hanover mixed vegetables. Drain and let stand for 30 minutes. Add cooked vegetables to soup mix. Pieces of cooked chicken can be added to soup, if desired. It can be served chilled or heated.
