Fall Potato Side Dish

10 large new potatoes, unpeeled & sliced
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Boil potatoes. Combine cheese, mayonnaise and onion. Gently stir into potatoes. Place in a greased casserole and top with bacon. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
