Fresh Orange Cake
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Set aside. In large bowl mix sugar, orange zest, eggs, orange juice and vegetable oil. Add dry ingredients. Stir in sour cream; pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake on 350 oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Use the following frosting.
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix together and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
