Frogmore Stew

1/4 lb. butter
2 lbs. mild Hillshire sausage,
cut into small pieces
1 lg. onion, diced large
4 T. Old Bay seasoning
4 tsp. salt
10 sm. Ears of corn
2 lb. medium new potatoes, large diced
3 lbs. medium shrimp

Fill pot half full with water. Add first 5 ingredients; bring to boil. Add corn and potatoes, stir and bring to a boil for 4 minutes. Add shrimp and stir for 4-6 minutes or until shrimp float to the top of the water. Turn off and let ingredients set for 4 minutes. Drain and serve with your favorite cocktail sauce.
