Gerry's Broccoli Dip

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese,
room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 envelope of ranch dressing

Mix together and beat until well blended. Add couple drops of milk if too thick. Add 1 (10 oz.) pkg of chopped frozen broccoli (drained) and 1 1/2 c. shredded med. or sharp cheese. Put into baking dish and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 c. more of grated cheese and bake additional 5 minutes. Serve with favorite crackers. Can serve hot or cold.
