Granny's Applesauce Meat Loaf

1 lb. ground sirloin
3/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. diced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. mustard

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix ground sirloin, applesauce, bread crumbs, onion, eggs and salt. Spoon into an ungreased 9x5 loaf pan and set aside. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread over meatloaf. Bake 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.
