Hot Pineapple Casserole

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 T. juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 c. cheese
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Ritz Crackers

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 T. of juice. Combine sugar, flour, juice, add cheese and pineapple. Mix - spoon into 1 qt. pan that has been butter sprayed. Combine butter & crackers (crushed). Mix and spoon over mixture. Bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes.
