Hot Pineapple Casserole
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 T. of juice. Combine sugar, flour, juice, add cheese and pineapple. Mix - spoon into 1 qt. pan that has been butter sprayed. Combine butter & crackers (crushed). Mix and spoon over mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
