Lasagna

1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
16 oz. cottage cheese
3 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown beef, stirring until done, drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, layer the ground beef mixture, lasagna noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese 1/3 at a time in baking dish. Bake 350ยบ for 1 hour, covered with foil.
