Million Dollar Fudge

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can condensed milk
2 T. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 (8 oz.) German Chocolate
1 jar Marshmellow crème

Boil sugar and milk for 7 minutes and remove from stove. Add butter, chocolate chips, German chocolate and marshmallow crème. Stir well. Pour into platter and smooth it.
