O'Henry Bars

1 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereral
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
small pieces of Paraffin wax

Measure cereal into large bowl, set aside. Mix sugar & syrup and let come to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal ad mix well. Press into a greased 13x9 pan and smooth out. In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and wax. Spread over cereal. Let set for 1/2 hour. Cut into desired pieces.
