Old Fashioned Plum and Nectarine Crumble
4 black plums (about 1 lb.) halved,
Heat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a shallow 2 qt. baking dish. Mix plums and nectarines and spread evenly in prepared baking dish. Mix sugar and flour. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or rub in with fingertips until mixture is crumbly and resembles small peas. Stir in oats. Sprinkle evenly over fruit. Dust with cinnamon. Bake 30-35 minutes until fruit is tender and topping is crisp and lightly browned. Serve warm.
