Potato Casserole

2 lb. pkgs. frozen hash brown
potatoes, thawed
1 c. diced onion
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. crushed potato chips (unsalted)
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper

Add all ingredients to large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Put into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle generously with potato chips (1 c. or more). Bake at 375ยบ for 1 hour.
