2 c. canned pumpkin
Mix all ingredients together except flour. Once combined, add the four gradually until well mixed. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes then invert onto a plate. Once cake is cooled, make the following glaze.
Beat in mixer until smooth; drizzle over cake.
