Pumpkin Cake

2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
3 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together except flour. Once combined, add the four gradually until well mixed. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes then invert onto a plate. Once cake is cooled, make the following glaze.

Glaze
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie space
2 T. milk

Beat in mixer until smooth; drizzle over cake.
