Streusel Coffee Cake

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Topping:
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 T. butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Mix in egg, milk and oil. Mix well. Stir in raisins, turn into a greased 13x9 pan. Combine topping ingredients. Mix until like course oatmeal. Sprinkle over batter and bake at 375ยบ for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
