Tangier Island Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb. special crabmeat
20-30 mushrooms
1 c. real Mayo
1/2 sleeve saltine crackers
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. each of lemon juice and
Worcestershire sauce
Old Bay (about 1 T.) to taste
Parsley flakes to add color

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate overnight. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Stuff mushrooms generously with crabmeat mixture. Drizzle mushrooms with melted butter and broil until lightly brown. Serve with melted butter.
