Tater Tot & Cheese Bake

2 tsp. butter
2 eggs
2 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
2 c. grated yellow cheddar cheese
2 c. grated white cheddar cheese
1 c. diced ham
2 (l lb. bag) tater tots, thawed

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x9 dish with butter. In bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add salt & pepper. Add 1 c. each of the cheeses, then ham and tater tots. Mix thoroughly and carefully. Pour into dish and sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
