Toffee Ice Cream Dessert

Serves 15-18
3 c. Oreo's, crushed
2 T. melted margarine
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
1 (7.5 oz) almond brickle chips
Fudge sauce
Whipped topping
Maraschino cherries

Combine oreo crumbs and margarine, stirring with a fork. Press into a greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake 350ยบ for 5 minutes. Cool. Spread 1/2 of ice cream over cooled crust; sprinkle with 1/2 of brickle chips. Repeat layers. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Top each square with fudge sauce, whipped topping and a cherry.
