Unstuffed Peppers

1 lb. sausage
1 chopped onion
2-3 chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian diced tomatoes
with basil, garlic and oregano
1 c. instant rice
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped parsley
8 oz. grated cheese

In large skillet brown sausage. Add chopped onion, green peppers, celery and parsley with tomatoes and rice. Continue to cook for 8-10 minutes in skillet. Place on ungreased casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350ยบ for 14 minutes.
