Wisconsin Potato Patties
Grease a griddle and preheat on medium heat. In a bowl combine potatoes, cream, cracker crumbs, onion, eggs, celery salt, pepper and garlic salt. Shape mixture into (12) 1/2 in. thick patties. Cook on prepared griddle until brown on bottom and warm. Turn and cook 3 to 4 minutes more or until brown. Keep warm in a 300º oven while cooking remaining patties.
