Yankee Cheese Cake
2 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese Cream sugar & cheese. Beat in eggs one at a time (important). Stir in vanilla. Bake at 350ยบ in a 9 inch pan for approximately 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean in the middle.
