Yankee Cheese Cake

2 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla (pure)

Cream sugar & cheese. Beat in eggs one at a time (important). Stir in vanilla. Bake at 350ยบ in a 9 inch pan for approximately 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean in the middle. Chill - add favorite topping - cherries, blueberries, etc. This recipe can be doubled and use a 9x13 pan.
