Banana Cake

2 sticks soft butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
5 really ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
5 eggs
1 T. banana extract

Mix butter and sugar until combined. Add sour cream, eggs and extract.
Add flour, baking soda and baking powder, then mashed bananas. Bake in a
bundt cake pan at 350 for 1 hr.- check after 55 mins. Cool and frost with recipe below.

Banana Cream Frosting:
1 pint heavy cream
1 sm. box cream banana pudding
2 c. 10-X sugar
Whip all ingredients together
